About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain the company's and its products' positive image with employees, clients and prospects;
  • Develop sales and business expansion plans for the managed client portfolio;
  • Develop customer retention plans, mapping and managing relationships and risks within the managed client base;
  • Conduct periodic client visits or meetings and keep CRM records up to date;
  • Lead tactical, operational and executive meetings within the client base, aligning institutional, operational and business interests;
  • Manage client tickets and requests and monitor priorities;
  • Guide clients according to the company's operational standards and processes;
  • Organize and align technical work plans involving and managing internal teams and client teams;
  • Record leads and commercial information in the company's systems and controls;
  • Maintain strict organization of deadlines, schedules, reports, activities, meetings and client-related information, with a primary focus on results and priority management;
  • Make recommendations based on client needs, feedback and monitoring of client metrics;
  • Occasionally manage small projects.

  • Preferably a university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Languages: Advanced English and Spanish
  • Experience in account management and client relationship management, as well as in the full commercial cycle (sales funnel, forecasting, targets, sales reporting, contracts)
  • Desirable and a plus to have prior technical project experience in IT (Product Analyst, Systems Analyst, Developer, Project Lead, etc.)
  • Essential: previous experience in companies/projects/situations that adopted IT service management and governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT), and project management (PMI, Scrum, Agile methodologies)
  • Most relevant experience will be in technology companies (especially software licensing providers)
  • Proven experience managing projects, handling support tickets and managing client and stakeholder expectations is essential. Experience mobilizing and organizing teams is a plus (not necessarily direct people management, but managing schedules, expectations, risks and outcomes).
