About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a facilitator of DevOps culture in a critical Fraud Prevention and Anti-Money Laundering environment, promoting automation, reliability, and scalability for systems handling high volumes of data.
Promote and disseminate the DevOps culture across business areas.
Design, implement, and evolve automation solutions for cloud infrastructure.
Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for multiple squads.
Document architectures, processes, and environment configurations.
Ensure continuous improvement of quality, security, availability, and performance of production systems.
Apply best practices in microservices, containers, Kubernetes, observability, high availability, CI/CD, and GitOps.
Monitor and optimize cloud resource usage by applying FinOps practices (cost control, tagging, rightsizing, and efficiency).
Collaborate with architecture and development teams to define infrastructure solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, or related fields.
Experience with AWS (EKS, VPC, EC2, CloudWatch, SNS, S3, Lambda).
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and/or Ansible).
CI/CD (GitLab CI; knowledge of ArgoCD or Helm is desirable).
Containers and orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS).
Linux and/or Windows administration.
Scripting (Bash and/or PowerShell).
Observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and Alertmanager and/or Elasticsearch.
Desirable knowledge of languages such as Python or Go.
Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB.
Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and scalability strategies.
Experience developing or integrating solutions based on generative AI and autonomous agents (e.g., copilots, intelligent workflows).
Experience building and operating infrastructures for running AI agents, including orchestration, observability, and integration with APIs, models, and protocols such as MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar.
AWS or Linux (LPI) certifications.
