About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and interpret complex data, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and drive innovation in BackOffice and Product Development.
Develop and implement interactive dashboards and intelligent reports using Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand business challenges and propose AI-based solutions.
Support the development of Machine Learning and Deep Learning models, applying advanced techniques such as natural language processing (NLP), using LLMs, AI agents, and predictive analytics.
Participate in digital transformation projects, providing data-driven insights for continuous innovation.
Communicate results and recommendations clearly and strategically to stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
Postgraduate degree or specialization in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science (preferred).
Professional Experience: Prior experience in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Systems Development.
Experience in digital transformation projects, especially in BackOffice and product development.
Programming in Python, R, and/or Java.
Experience with Machine Learning libraries and frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), LLMs, predictive analytics, and data science.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Experience with Cloud Computing (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and cloud AI solutions such as AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Studio, or Vertex, etc.
SQL and NoSQL databases, and knowledge of Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
