About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for developing and implementing automated tests to ensure the robustness of the systems that make up the full-banking platform, with a focus on Investment products, coordinating with the rest of the team working across different layers of the infrastructure and ensuring application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
Plan and develop products with a focus on quality and collaborate with teams from different areas, following development best practices.
Perform exploratory testing of developed features and automate product tests, always seeking best practices throughout the development stages.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Develop applications in Python according to the needs of our products
Design and implement automated tests
Use AI as an accelerator
Identify and fix bottlenecks
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
Act as an active agent of change, bringing a quality mindset into the Product Squads
Nice to have: Experience with or knowledge of BDD and proficiency in Python
Proficient with GIT
Experience with programming best practices and agile methodologies
Knowledge of continuous integration
A critical and curious mindset is highly welcome on our team
Basic Spanish is a plus.
