About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gathering, improving, and maintaining methodologies related to Topaz's core business processes, such as Product Development, Implementation, and Services.
- Supporting the execution of internal and external audits for the organization: ISO, SOC1, SOC2, client audits, and others.
- Providing support to Topaz employees on methodologies related to core business processes.
- Supporting the custody and management of international certifications such as ISO, SOC1, SOC2, and PCI.
- Assisting in responses to assessments, RFPs, and RFIs.
- Supporting the conduct of CAR (Root Cause Analysis) ceremonies.
- Executing Quality Assurance processes for procedures and methodologies related to core business processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of process modeling tools such as Bizagi, Visio, or similar.
- Experience in process mapping and optimization.
- Certification in ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, or at minimum ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
- Knowledge of Project Management.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies.
