About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

We are looking for a professional with experience in process management, administration and process design, quality, and information security according to ISO standards.
Must have a clear understanding of what it means to work in Quality Management and Information Security.
Preferably with knowledge and experience in auditing ISO standards for management systems and training as an internal auditor for an ISO management system.
Team player with a strong ability to adapt to change and to take on ongoing challenges in management projects related to quality, information security, and general projects involved in leading internal or external projects tied to ISO certification implementation.

What you’ll need

Quality Management: Familiarity with quality standards (ISO 9001, Six Sigma) and continuous improvement techniques.
Information Security and Privacy: Understanding of standards and best practices (such as GDPR, ISO 27001) for data protection.
Process Standardization: Ability to implement and maintain standardized processes that meet local and international requirements.
Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, in multiple languages if possible.
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with diverse and multicultural teams, promoting an inclusive work environment.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in the environment, as well as to new technologies and processes.
Global Perspective: Understanding of local and international market dynamics and the ability to anticipate trends.
