Key responsibilities & impact

**Your Role as a Key Driver of Transformation:**
Support the project management team by providing guidance, direction, standards, and best practices related to project management.
Oversee and monitor teams and activities throughout the entire process, ensuring the application of the defined development methodology to improve productivity and the quality of deliverables and services.
Plan client engagement through contacts and meetings to identify their expectations and needs. You will be responsible for assigning tasks and tracking the team to ensure they are completed within established deadlines.
On the financial side, control projects and manage their progress across aspects such as status, schedule, cost, and profit margin. To do so, you will prepare the necessary reports and use the appropriate tools defined by the company.
Interact with other areas of the company to negotiate resources, request services, and set execution deadlines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

**What We're Looking For to Add to our #TopazTeam:**
Degree in Technology and/or Project Management, preferred.
Experience in Software Project Management.
Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, Lean, SAFe.
Knowledge of Project Financial Management.
People management skills.
Leadership ability.
**Desired Qualifications that Set a Topaz Professional Apart:**
Degree, postgraduate degree, or MBA in Technology Project Management.
Knowledge of the Financial/Banking market.
Certifications: Agile, PMP, Scrum.
Tools: JIRA, CONFLUENCE, MS PROJECT.
Languages: Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
