About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the project management team by providing guidance, standards, and best practices related to project management.
- Oversee and monitor teams and activities throughout the entire process, ensuring the application of the defined development methodology to improve productivity and the quality of deliverables and services.
- Plan client engagement through contacts and meetings to identify expectations and needs.
- Assign tasks and monitor the team to ensure activities are completed within the established deadlines.
- Control projects and manage their progress across several aspects such as status, schedule, cost, and profit margin.
- Prepare required reports and use the appropriate tools defined by the company.
- Interact with other company areas to negotiate resources, request services, and set execution deadlines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Technology and/or Project Management preferred.
- Experience in Software Project Management.
- Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, Lean, and SAFe methodologies.
- Knowledge of Project Financial Management.
- People management skills.
- Leadership ability.
- Degree, postgraduate degree, or MBA in Technology Project Management is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Financial/Banking market.
- Agile, PMP, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
- Tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project.
- Languages: Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
