About the role

  • We are looking for a proactive and innovative person capable of contributing to our compensation and benefits strategy.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure internal equity and external competitiveness in the talent market by implementing and monitoring programs that attract, retain, and motivate our employees.
  • You will have the opportunity to integrate artificial intelligence and automation solutions into our processes, promoting a dynamic and efficient work environment.
  • Lead and improve benefits processes using automation and employee feedback to ensure a positive and efficient experience.
  • Identify and implement new benefit opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Create and update performance indicators in compensation and benefits, applying People Analytics techniques to provide valuable insights.
  • Develop and review salary tables, ensuring pay equity and market competitiveness.
  • Monitor the company's market position using Business Intelligence (BI) tools and benchmarking.
  • Evaluate and approve salary adjustments and promotions, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
  • Ensure that compensation and benefits practices comply with AI regulations and GDPR.
  • Work closely with Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, and other relevant teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Experience in compensation and benefits roles, preferably in medium to large organizations.
  • Knowledge of compensation fundamentals, including structuring salary tables and compensation policies.
  • Proficiency in People Analytics, with the ability to extract and interpret data for decision-making.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools for market analysis and performance reporting.
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), applied to compensation and benefits processes.
  • Understanding of compliance and regulations related to AI and process automation, including GDPR and labor laws.
