- Strong understanding of consortium rules and market dynamics
- Ability to lead meetings and manage crises autonomously, providing continuous and relevant status updates to the Product Manager (PM)
- Define solutions for specific problems, always seeking generalized approaches that add value to the product while ensuring that deliveries meet customer expectations.
Requirements
- Ability to explain the rules and functionality of the systems you work with
- Ability to create and maintain clear documentation for both internal teams and clients
- Plan and coordinate feature deliveries in collaboration with the Business Owner (BO) and technical leads
- Knowledge of SCRUM and facilitation of the related rituals (Daily, Planning, Review, and Retrospective)
- Train, support, and contribute alongside other analysts on the team
