About the role

  • Participate in the onboarding process and monitor employees’ first months, ensuring an exceptional experience from day one.
  • Lead the offboarding process, ensuring a respectful and orderly departure.
  • Actively participate in managing the organizational climate. Drive employee participation in surveys, analyze results, and develop action plans in collaboration with leaders.
  • Support the management of performance reviews by delivering necessary training and monitoring progress to achieve established objectives.
  • Conduct regular meetings to assess internal climate and address situations that can improve the employee experience.
  • Meet periodically with leaders to understand team dynamics and business needs, and provide guidance on best practices in team development and management.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of the talent management events calendar.
  • Propose and implement new projects aligned with the business strategy, aiming for continuous improvement of talent management initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in technology companies.
  • Strategic mindset and strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and results-oriented profile.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR subsystems.
  • Languages: knowledge of Spanish is considered a plus.
