About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct candidate interviews with senior executives, source candidates and build longlists for ongoing private equity mandates
Contribute to building our AI capabilities (agents, sourcing automation) and independently lead strategic initiatives
Create high-quality PowerPoint decks and materials for PE clients and portfolio companies
Organize client events, roundtables and support brand building
Travel planning, expenses, invoices — everything that frees up the founders

Requirements

What you’ll need

High energy & ownership: You tackle topics proactively and drive them forward independently
People skills: You interact confidently with senior executives and PE partners — negotiation-level proficiency in German and English
Tech affinity: Strong PowerPoint skills; open and curious in working with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude & Co.)
Structured approach: You juggle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver quality under time pressure
