About the role
- Top Hat Project Managers are the heart of execution within our organization.\n
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects, ensuring they align with organizational objectives, stay on time and within budget, and meet quality standards.\n
- They manage teams, coordinate resources, and communicate with stakeholders, often overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.\n
- Lead and manage assigned projects from end-to-end.\n
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders.\n
- Manage project scope, schedule and budget to contract specifications and THE's quality expectations.\n
- Maintain control and report on project scope progress, deviation to budget, and changes to scope to stakeholders.\n
- Manage the internal and external stakeholders to meet both internal and customer facing deliverables on all project activities.\n
- Maintain and implement an up-to-date project time schedule, including project critical path identification.\n
- Manage all internal and vendor resources to meeting customer scope of work requirements.\n
- Co-ordinate risk identification and mitigation with appropriate internal resources.\n
- Plan project testing and handoff to the customer and ensure customer training is completed with office support.\n
- Remain the focal point for the customer until the end of the warranty period.\n
- Produce invoice schedules and ensure that the customer is correctly invoiced throughout the project.\n
- Maintain compliance with all site rules and regulations during project execution.\n
- Management of all personnel on site including sub-contractors.\n
- Assist sales and marketing team during project quotation and initiation.\n
- Ensure full compliance with quality assurance procedures.\n
- Ability to travel up to 50% during project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the field of intralogistics or material handling systems.
- Experience in other EPC sectors will also be considered.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
- Full Driving License and a willingness to travel regularly to project sites.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
