About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute demand generation campaigns across email, marketing automation, and inbound channels
- Translate campaign plans into structured execution within Salesforce and Account Engagement (Pardot)
- Build and manage lead nurturing flows to support funnel progression
- Ensure alignment between campaign setup, targeting, and regional commercial priorities
- Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to deliver campaigns on time and to brief
- Support continuous improvement of lead quality and conversion through testing and iteration
- Monitor campaign and funnel performance across channels and dashboards
- Analyse key metrics (conversion rates, lead quality, engagement) and identify optimisation opportunities
- Drive data-informed improvements to campaigns, nurturing flows, and channel performance
- Establish and track performance benchmarks to support continuous improvement
- Ensure consistent and reliable use of Salesforce and Account Engagement (Pardot)
- Maintain campaign structure, naming conventions, and operational hygiene
- Support accurate reporting and dashboard maintenance for campaign and funnel performance
- Provide visibility on performance, risks, and optimisation opportunities to key stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 – 5 years' experience in B2B demand generation
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot (or similar CRM/automation tools)
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actions
- Experience executing multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, inbound)
- Comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven environment
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple stakeholders remotely
