About the role

  • Regional marketing planning & budgeting
  • Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with global campaigns and local commercial goals
  • Manage the regional marketing budget with a focus on ROI and pipeline acceleration
  • Act as a key regional voice in shaping global-to-local campaign strategies
  • Collaborate with Campaigns and RevOps teams to execute paid, earned, and owned media campaigns
  • Monitor funnel metrics, nurture program performance, and continuously optimise lead quality
  • Ensure alignment and transparency between marketing and sales on lead definitions, qualification, and follow-up
  • Localise centrally produced content to suit regional audiences
  • Write and manage content across social media, newsletters, and campaign landing pages
  • Foster a culture of social sharing and executive amplification in region
  • Lead the execution of physical and digital events in-region, in collaboration with the global events team
  • Manage local media and sponsorship partnerships, ensuring performance reviews and spend optimisation
  • Own regional content adaptation and distribution for Top Employers Certification campaigns
  • Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, and Corporate Marketing to ensure alignment and joint planning
  • Maintain relationships with key partners, suppliers, and media contacts in-market

Requirements

  • Native English & French language skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, within B2B
  • Familiarity with the markets France, Belgium and The Netherlands
  • Experience with marketing automation (Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce) and digital campaign management
  • Social media management and content creation skills – confident briefing design and writing digital copy
  • Previous experience with event planning and execution (online and offline)
  • Experience in the HR, Consulting, or professional services sectors is advantageous
  • You are data-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment where learning and agility are key.
