About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive new business acquisition across school districts and educational organizations
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, partnerships, and marketing-generated leads
  • Develop relationships with district leaders, curriculum stakeholders, educators, and procurement teams
  • Conduct virtual and in-person presentations, demos, and discovery sessions
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs, Marketing, Channel Partners, and Customer Success to execute territory GTM plans
  • Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Represent Toon Boom at education conferences, customer events, and regional engagements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–7 years of experience in SaaS, EdTech, or technology sales, with a consistent record of hitting or exceeding quota
  • Proven success selling into the U.S. K-12 education market, with a strong understanding of how districts evaluate and adopt technology
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder district sales cycles from prospecting through close
  • Consultative selling style and a natural ability to build trust with administrators, curriculum leads, and procurement teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills across all levels of an organization
  • Self-starter mentality with strong organizational habits and the discipline to manage a full pipeline independently
