About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive new business acquisition across school districts and educational organizations
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, partnerships, and marketing-generated leads
- Develop relationships with district leaders, curriculum stakeholders, educators, and procurement teams
- Conduct virtual and in-person presentations, demos, and discovery sessions
- Collaborate closely with SDRs, Marketing, Channel Partners, and Customer Success to execute territory GTM plans
- Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within Salesforce (SFDC)
- Represent Toon Boom at education conferences, customer events, and regional engagements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–7 years of experience in SaaS, EdTech, or technology sales, with a consistent record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Proven success selling into the U.S. K-12 education market, with a strong understanding of how districts evaluate and adopt technology
- Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder district sales cycles from prospecting through close
- Consultative selling style and a natural ability to build trust with administrators, curriculum leads, and procurement teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills across all levels of an organization
- Self-starter mentality with strong organizational habits and the discipline to manage a full pipeline independently
