About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and drive ToolsGroup’s market-facing product direction for manufacturing
- Owning the manufacturing POV and ensuring real-world planning workflows are translated into product direction
- Defining standardized manufacturing solution templates
- Translating manufacturing workflows into clear problem statements and measurable outcomes
- Defining how agentic AI and automation apply to manufacturing planning
- Partnering across product, GTM, and services
- Engaging directly with manufacturing customers and design partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years in product management for supply chain/manufacturing software or manufacturing/supply chain planning roles
- Experience with production planning, MPS, or APS
- Strong understanding of manufacturing constraints (BOMs, capacity, lead times)
- Must have comfort operating in ambiguity and defining structure
- Strong customer-facing presence
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate product work
- Interested in applying AI to redefine planning workflows
