About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive operational excellence across the full revenue lifecycle
- Partner closely with the CRO, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer teams
- Own planning, forecasting, sales operations, systems, compensation, and executive reporting
- Continuously improve efficiency through technology, automation, and AI
Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep experience with Salesforce (advanced reporting and administration)
- Gong or similar revenue intelligence platforms
- Sales engagement and data tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
- Commission systems (e.g., Visdum)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced/intermediate+)
- Experience leveraging AI for process optimization and analytics
