About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive end-to-end design for major product areas—from discovery through delivery
Lead problem framing, customer research, conceptual exploration, and iterative validation
Design & Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and production-ready specs
Partner closely with Product Management on roadmap definition, requirements, and prioritization
Collaborate with Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and UX fidelity
Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and field observations
Contribute to the improvement and evolution of our design system across components, patterns, and documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX, or Interaction Design
Proven track record designing complex, data-driven, multi-step workflows
Expertise in design thinking, research methods, and UX strategy
Strong interaction design skills, including Information Architecture, flows, and system-level thinking
Fluency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools
Experience working in cross-functional product teams (PM, Engineering, Data, QA, etc.)
Must be fluent in English.
