About the role

  • You will be responsible for designing, developing and optimizing business workflows and business processes in SAP
  • You will analyze, technically design and implement requirements for various SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD)
  • You will work in an agile environment following Scrum
  • You will develop interfaces to integrate web solutions and other systems outside of SAP
  • You will create and update specifications for software changes, new developments and technical documentation
  • You will perform error analysis and troubleshooting
  • In quality assurance you will conduct software tests such as unit tests

Requirements

  • You have vocational training as an IT specialist, a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification, or you are a career changer who already has professional experience as an SAP developer
  • You have practical experience with ABAP and ABAP Objects (ABAP OO) and possess strong programming knowledge in SAP interfaces and integration technologies such as Web services, BAPI and RFC (IDoc, XML, SOAP, REST, EDI, CDS Views)
  • You are familiar with development tools such as Eclipse, ABAP Workbench and SAP Business Application Studio and have experience in form development using Adobe Forms
  • You are characterized by a conscientious work style, analytical thinking and strong teamwork skills
  • You speak German fluently (at least C1 level) and have good English skills
  • Ideally, you already have professional experience with SAP on HANA and/or SAP S/4 and are experienced in working with databases
