About the role
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, primarily engineers
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs
- Build and maintain high-quality pipelines through sourcing and referrals
- Drive a high-signal recruiting process including interview design and candidate communication
- Build scalable recruiting practices and create interview playbooks
- Design a human, candidate-centric interview experience
- Strengthen the employer story for technical talent
- Own the recruiting tech stack and optimize workflows
- Leverage automation to improve recruiting workflows
Requirements
- 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience
- Proven success recruiting in startup or high-growth environments
- Demonstrated experience hiring across levels, including senior ICs and technical leadership roles
- Strong ability to build trusted relationships quickly
- Highly execution-oriented with strong experience designing recruiting processes
- Technical fluency and comfort engaging with engineers and technical leaders
- Experience with Ashby (or similar ATS) and AI-enabled recruiting workflows
- Strong judgment, communication, and candidate advocacy skills
