About the role

  • Lead the onboarding process for all new employees and ensure smooth integration into teams
  • Manage the adaptation process to help new team members become productive
  • Ensure employment-related processes (onboarding, contract updates, probation reviews, terminations) are completed accurately and on time
  • Own HR analytics: track and analyze key HR metrics (trial success, engagement, turnover) to support data-driven decisions
  • Plan and manage corporate events, celebrations, and company gift initiatives
  • Conduct exit interviews, collect feedback, and suggest actionable improvements to Managers
  • Act as guardian of team spirit to maintain a positive and motivated company culture
  • Coordinate with finance and legal on employment matters including hiring, terminations, and salary processing

Requirements

  • 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in people operations, onboarding, or HR coordination
  • Experience organizing events and managing internal communications
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and emotional intelligence
  • English at least B2
  • Ukrainian native speaker
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, Google tools, SD, and communication platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Friendly, proactive, and passionate about building great workplace experiences
  • Interest in human psychology (degree or student of psychotherapy programs) is an advantage
