About the role
- Lead the onboarding process for all new employees and ensure smooth integration into teams
- Manage the adaptation process to help new team members become productive
- Ensure employment-related processes (onboarding, contract updates, probation reviews, terminations) are completed accurately and on time
- Own HR analytics: track and analyze key HR metrics (trial success, engagement, turnover) to support data-driven decisions
- Plan and manage corporate events, celebrations, and company gift initiatives
- Conduct exit interviews, collect feedback, and suggest actionable improvements to Managers
- Act as guardian of team spirit to maintain a positive and motivated company culture
- Coordinate with finance and legal on employment matters including hiring, terminations, and salary processing
Requirements
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in people operations, onboarding, or HR coordination
- Experience organizing events and managing internal communications
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and emotional intelligence
- English at least B2
- Ukrainian native speaker
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, Google tools, SD, and communication platforms
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Friendly, proactive, and passionate about building great workplace experiences
- Interest in human psychology (degree or student of psychotherapy programs) is an advantage
