About the role
- Analyze large volumes of game and player data to identify patterns, trends, and dynamics, and turn them into clear business conclusions
- Translate findings into practical recommendations for product improvements
- Perform deep-dive investigations into performance anomalies or game features to explain what happened and why
- Collaborate with game designers, product managers, and developers to shape hypotheses and validate them through experimentation
- Support development and testing of predictive models (e.g., player LTV, churn, bonus optimization)
- Communicate complex insights in a simple, compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Help define metrics frameworks for new products or features
- Build dashboards and reports to help stakeholders monitor key KPIs and make data-driven decisions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist, preferably in the gaming or tech industry
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to find the story in the data
- Strong experience in SQL (BigQuery, PostgreSQL, or similar) and comfort working with large datasets
- Solid knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
- Practical experience with Python for data analysis and modeling
- Familiarity with statistical testing, experimentation, and predictive modeling techniques
- University degree in mathematics / computer science / technology / engineering
- English B2+
- (Will be a plus) Knowledge of the iGaming industry or understanding of slot game mechanics
- (Will be a plus) Ability to look at games from players' point of view
- (Will be a plus) Product mindset: ability to propose actionable solutions beyond numbers
