About the role
- Coordinate personal calendar: workouts, doctor appointments, visits, and other engagements
- Support with nutrition-related matters: coordination with the chef, ordering meals, serving lunches, arranging dinners
- Household task management: handling parcels, purchases, and logistics
- Travel coordination: booking and rebooking trips, communication across different time zones
- Visa, banking, and document-related tasks (in English)
- Event organization: from photo/video shoots to partner events
- Coordination with other assistants and the principal
- Preparation of monthly work reports and basic financial reporting (expenses, receipts, deposits)
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar EA, Personal Assistant, or Lifestyle Manager role
- Experience supporting UHNW individuals or VIPs preferred
- Outstanding communicational, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Willingness and ability to travel with the entrepreneur
- Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset
- High level of emotional intelligence and service mentality
- Tech-savvy (calendar tools, travel platforms, mobile apps, etc.)
- Fluent English and Russian; Ukrainian or any other additional languages a plus
- Discretion, loyalty, and trustworthiness
