About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the product lifecycle from discovery and understanding customer needs to defining product vision, prioritization, execution, and launch.
- Partner closely with customers, designers, and engineers to build intuitive, impactful product experiences.
- Translate user insights and business needs into clear product requirements and drive product decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products that create value for users and the business.
- Create clear product documentation and resources to align teams and support product adoption.
- Act as a product leader, driving innovation, influencing product direction, and fostering strong collaboration across the company.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager.
- A strong user-centric mindset with a passion for building intuitive, impactful products.
- Proven experience delivering product features where user experience was a key driver of success.
- Experience working with mid-market customers and understanding their needs.
- Experience working closely with engineering and design teams while leading product initiatives.
- Demonstrated success defining and launching outstanding products.
- Proven experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Strong product documentation skills, with at least one example of an effective product document created in a previous role.
- Experience working in startups or smaller companies is preferred.
- Experience building B2B products for the mid-market or B2C products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
