Key responsibilities & impact

Lead product marketing strategy to ensure successful launches and sustained brand growth
Own North America product readiness for major tentpole and booster marketing moments
Coordinate cross-functional teams for timely, on-brand execution
Identify and recommend products for PR, influencer, and campaign opportunities
Oversee implementation of marketing plans across product launches
Partner with Creative, Content, Product, Operations, and Trade Marketing teams on launch readiness and retail expansion
Track timelines, product availability, execution milestones, risks, and adaptations
Define focus SKUs, support photoshoot planning, and deliver finalized marketing assets
Manage licensor partner relationships, approvals, and go-to-market planning
Present company-wide on upcoming product marketing initiatives
Coordinate with the NA Portfolio Lead and Global Portfolio on product development and changes
Analyze and report product launch performance using Tableau
Own Asana as the Product Marketing system of record
Keep Salsify product data up to date
Resolve roadblocks, risks, and issues related to products, processes, and toolboxes
Connect initiatives, stakeholders, and processes to ensure alignment and efficiency
Manage and mentor a Product Marketing Coordinator

Requirements

What you’ll need

Residence in the US East Coast or Central Time Zone
Passion for early childhood entertainment and education
Proven product marketing experience, ideally in toys, entertainment, or consumer goods
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring or managing a direct report
Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Content teams
Excellent organizational skills; detail-oriented and process-driven
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with project management tools including Asana, Google Suite, and Miro
