About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and manage the display process, from carefully scoping projects to completion
Validate feasibility using milestone calculators, inventory readiness, and timeline constraints
Build and maintain accurate timelines and project management tracking with clear dependencies
Serve as the central point of coordination across internal teams and external vendors

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of project management experience
Exceptional ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with high attention to detail
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with tight deadlines
Experience working with external vendors and managing production timeline
Highly organized and collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Skilled at navigating ambiguity and aligning cross-functional teams
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com)
