Project Manager – Retail Displays

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and manage the display process, from carefully scoping projects to completion
- Validate feasibility using milestone calculators, inventory readiness, and timeline constraints
- Build and maintain accurate timelines and project management tracking with clear dependencies
- Serve as the central point of coordination across internal teams and external vendors
- Lead regular display project review meetings to ensure transparency for all stakeholders
- Escalate and push back on infeasible timelines or incomplete inputs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of project management experience
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with high attention to detail
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with tight deadlines
- Experience working with external vendors and managing production timeline
- Highly organized and collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Skilled at navigating ambiguity and aligning cross-functional teams
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com)
