Lead and unify the global accounting function
Key responsibility for implementing SAP S/4HANA and ensuring scalability
Lead and mentor a team of 20+
Manage periodic closings (IFRS/HGB) and maintain relationships with auditors
Demonstrate leadership and expertise in a capital markets environment
Support the CFO on strategic initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of finance experience, especially in global accounting and external audit
Proven experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in capital markets
Extensive experience managing international accounting structures
Successful leadership of, or a significant role in, a global SAP implementation
Experience leading teams of 20+
Excellent English skills (required); German (professional working proficiency preferred, not necessarily native)
Willingness to relocate to or reside in Düsseldorf
