About the role

  • Lead and unify the global accounting function
  • Key responsibility for implementing SAP S/4HANA and ensuring scalability
  • Lead and mentor a team of 20+
  • Manage periodic closings (IFRS/HGB) and maintain relationships with auditors

Requirements

  • 15+ years of finance experience, especially in global accounting and external audit
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in capital markets
  • Extensive experience managing international accounting structures
  • Successful leadership of, or a significant role in, a global SAP implementation
  • Experience leading teams of 20+
  • Excellent English skills (required); German (professional working proficiency preferred, not necessarily native)
  • Willingness to relocate to or reside in Düsseldorf
