About the role
- Own and continuously evolve our change strategy that treats SAP as a holistic organizational transformation, informed by deep analyses of our culture and informal dynamics.
- Collaborating with Internal Communications, design a multi-level transformation story and establish robust feedback loops to ensure real-time insights from the "edges" of our organization reach the project core.
- In close alignment with company-wide development efforts, partner with our leadership teams to ensure they are equipped to act as effective change agents and multipliers for their teams.
- Act as an internal facilitator for project team development measures, maintaining trust and performance under complexity.
- Collaborate with People Partners to provide empathetic transition support as roles and professional identities shift.
- Lead and quality-assure the work of external implementation partner to ensure their change-related deliverables are truly "fit for purpose" for tonies.
Requirements
- You hold a master’s degree in a human-centric field, such as psychology, sociology, or organizational behavior. Ideally you furthermore hold a qualification in Systemic Coaching or Organizational Development.
- You have a proven track record in systemic organizational development and deeply understand the human impact of large-scale IT projects / digital transformations.
- You possess the ability to recognize patterns and ripple effects within an organizational system. Additionally, you thrive in complex environments, influencing outcomes through exceptional networking, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- You’re not only a strategist - you actively design, coordinate, and deliver change initiatives.
- You take full accountability for your area and act with a solution-oriented mindset. You ensure leaders and employees receive the support they need - proactively, reliably, and with care.
- You are proficient in aligning change milestones with technical project plans, following a combination of waterfall and agile methodologies.
- You are fluent in English and German. You communicate clearly and adapt your style to diverse audiences and contexts.
- You thrive in an international setup and are comfortable with occasional cross-time-zone meetings.
