Controller

• Extract, validate, and reconcile financial data from Business Central and/or SAP systems
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
• Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods
• Maintain and improve reporting templates and tools for management and global stakeholders
• Maintain the company-wide financial model for rolling forecasts, annual budgeting, and long-range planning
• Develop scenario analyses, sensitivities, and financial projections to support business decisions
• Maintain, update, and optimize existing tools and reporting structures
• Act as primary business partner to Group for OPEX cost lines
• Identify and implement process improvements across reporting structures
• Support Finance transformation initiatives, including system enhancements or BI tool integrations
