About the role

  • Business Development and lead generation through cold outreach via automated emailing tools, LinkedIn, phone calls, industry events, and drop-ins.
  • Create new relationships. Connect with prospects to identify business opportunities, offer products and get referrals, ideally in the financial, manufacturing, healthcare, pharma and retail industries.
  • Market research, company research and prospect research, based on a buyer persona criteria.
  • Maintain contact with prospects to discuss needs, challenges, services, and products, identify business opportunities and development of new solutions, as well as how to disclose the Tonic3 brand and its attributes.
  • Accompany and assess the evolution of the nurturing strategy through the analysis of indicators to define actions of correction or reinforcement.
  • Assemble or build relationships with the marketing teams, production planning, clients and end-users, aiming to maximize the results of sales and the correct understanding of two businesses and processes of the client and end-user.
  • Create presentations for our proposals, the clients, about the company, adding value and highlighting the quality of services and products, structure, resources and their digital actions.

Requirements

  • Advanced English level
  • Complete Higher Education
  • Verbal & written interpersonal communication
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Initial experience in the area of sales (it's a plus)
  • Familiarity with CRM practices (it's a plus)
  • Expertise in Google Tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) (it's a plus)
