About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Eje og drive CMDB strategy, roadmap og rapportering
- Sikre datakvalitet, struktur og sammenhæng i alle Configuration Items
- Definere data models, CI-strukturer og relationer på tværs af platformen
- Drive udvikling af CSDM og sikre alignment med fx ITSM, ITOM, IRM, BCM og asset management
- Etablere og følge op på KPI’er, audits og compliance (fx ifm. NIS2, licens og contract management)
- Være rådgiver og sparringspartner for stakeholders på tværs af Telenor om korrekt anvendelse af CMDB og CSDM samt sikre forankring af roller og ansvar på tværs af organisationen
Requirements
What you’ll need- Erfaring med ServiceNow eller lignende CMDB-platform
- Hands-on erfaring med konfiguration og udvikling af ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery & Service Mapping, data modelling og CI lifecycle management
- Forståelse for ITIL (Configuration Management practices)
- Erfaring med CMDB governance, lifecycle og data quality management
- Kendskab til integration patterns (APIs, MID servers, ETL tools)
