About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Tag and classify Tonal's movement library with deep metadata specificity
Help manage and keep the tagging taxonomy organized
Manage media assets across post-production and CMS pipelines
Maintain close, ongoing coordination with the Post Production team
Verify that production documents match corresponding workout programming
Perform quality control checks on final exports across the Tonal platform and mobile app
Support the building and organization of operational trackers as part of the production process
Administrative tasks and cross-departmental tracking

Requirements

What you’ll need

4-year college degree or equivalent experience
Approximately 2 years of relevant professional experience
Strong foundation in content operations, media asset management, metadata, or taxonomy work
Experience working in content management systems, digital asset management platforms, or structured media libraries
Able to apply detailed metadata accurately and consistently
Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, and Photoshop is a strong plus
Understanding of the video creation and post-production process; familiarity with video compression and formats is a plus
Interest or background in health, fitness, or kinesiology is a plus
