About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Tag and classify Tonal's movement library with deep metadata specificity
  • Help manage and keep the tagging taxonomy organized
  • Manage media assets across post-production and CMS pipelines
  • Maintain close, ongoing coordination with the Post Production team
  • Verify that production documents match corresponding workout programming
  • Perform quality control checks on final exports across the Tonal platform and mobile app
  • Support the building and organization of operational trackers as part of the production process
  • Administrative tasks and cross-departmental tracking

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Approximately 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong foundation in content operations, media asset management, metadata, or taxonomy work
  • Experience working in content management systems, digital asset management platforms, or structured media libraries
  • Able to apply detailed metadata accurately and consistently
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, and Photoshop is a strong plus
  • Understanding of the video creation and post-production process; familiarity with video compression and formats is a plus
  • Interest or background in health, fitness, or kinesiology is a plus
