About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- You are currently enrolled in a Dutch university for the full duration of the internship, or you hold EU citizenship (required for work permit eligibility)
- You’re studying something relevant (e.g. marketing, communications, business administration, media, HR)
- You’re excited to gain hands-on experience in a global tech company
- You enjoy combining creativity with analytical thinking
- You’re curious about how technology and AI can improve the employee experience
- You like turning ideas into experiments—and learning from results
- You’re proactive, structured and comfortable working across teams
- You have strong communication skills in English.
