Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a team of ~30 product managers across navigation, ADAS, and in-vehicle AI
Drive the convergence of navigation and autonomous driving into a single, integrated platform
Define and build a software layer that understands the road at lane level and supports real-time decision-making
Shape the future direction of the business, with a focus on assisted and autonomous driving
Own product decisions across ADAS features, assisted driving experiences, and the broader evolution toward autonomy
Bring together internal capabilities (maps, software) with external partners across perception, compute, and connectivity
Create a platform offering that OEMs can adopt without having to assemble complex systems themselves

Experience building and shipping software products in real-time or safety-critical environments
A track record of leading product teams through meaningful business or platform transitions
Strong experience working across both deep technology and commercial partnerships
Ability to make clear portfolio decisions, including stopping initiatives when needed
A clear point of view on the role of independent platforms in software-defined vehicles
