About the role

  • Manage post-sales activities and delivery of customer programs for Automotive and Enterprise clients in China.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product delivery meets and exceeds customer expectations.
  • Accountable for program delivery within budget while addressing complex customer needs and requirements.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, working closely with account managers to address escalations.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring compliance with budget and quality standards.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, documenting critical communications and engaging with engineering and product units.
  • Champion best practices in risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and successful program delivery.
  • Act as a spokesperson for senior stakeholders, promoting a culture of collaboration and customer obsession.
  • Representing the customer in the TomTom product units, such that the customer’s requirements and needs are getting addressed; following up on projects, operational activities and delivery schedules that are critical to the customer .

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; strong experience across the software development lifecycle.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project and/or program management, managing complex, customer‑facing deliveries.
  • Strong understanding of Automotive and Enterprise industry trends and their strategic implications.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills; fluency in English and Chinese is required (Korean or another major language is a plus).
  • Dynamic, proactive, and results‑oriented professional with a hands‑on, can‑do mindset; comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment.
  • Demonstrated autonomy, commercial awareness, and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
