About the role

  • Define success factors and intermediate milestones for initiatives
  • Build a coherent product narrative that ties together all of the strands of a product
  • Consistently guide product teams in product discovery with clear insights on risks associated with viability, usability, value, and feasibility
  • Define a compelling vision and steer the product team to deliver toward it for their defined features/product
  • Define clearly researched goals and measurement of success, drawing a clear connection between those metrics and overall company strategy
  • Build credibility not just as executing on the plan but as a partner to the business in developing the plan or strategy
  • Drive decisions to resolution and, where appropriate, including the decision to cancel or pivot the entire product

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, with experience working with search, recommendation, or location technology product
  • Deep understanding of user needs, with the ability to advocate for the customer while balancing business goals
  • Ability to work effectively with engineering teams to deliver technical solutions
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and driving alignment on product execution
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong at uniting stakeholders behind a vision
  • Experience with A/B testing and iterative product development
  • Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows, vibe code, or for product experimentation
  • Experience with automotive navigation, electric vehicles, or ML recommendations is nice to have
