About the role
- Develop and optimize smart, impactful campaigns across email and mobile notification channels, each with its own creative style — from classic CRM to bold, experimental ideas.
- Create engaging, exciting content that sparks action, boosts engagement, and delivers meaningful moments across a global audience.
- Increase customer lifetime value by shaping and improving the end-to-end customer journey.
- Build intelligent segmentation strategies to deliver the right message, to the right customer, at the right moment, across multiple products and markets.
- Dive into data to uncover insights, understand customer behavior, and drive beautifully personalized experiences.
- Design, launch, and iterate on new and existing campaigns — measuring results, A/B testing relentlessly, and optimizing across all channels.
- Be a true CRM champion, sharing best practices and inspiring creativity within the global CRM team and beyond.
- Constantly scout for new opportunities to innovate, experiment, automate, and surprise our customers in fresh ways.
- Collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders across cultures and departments — using empathy, clarity, and strong relationship-building to bring people together.
- Own your campaigns end-to-end and adjust processes when needed.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s or academic degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in a digital/CRM role.
- Proven CRM expertise, especially in email marketing, lifecycle flows, segmentation, and targeting.
- Experience in mobile marketing (push notifications, in-app messaging).
- Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to communicate professionally and empathetically across different cultures.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong analytical abilities and confidence using data to drive decisions.
- Solid understanding of segmentation strategy, experimentation, and A/B testing.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and a natural self-starter.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to roll up your sleeves and operate both strategically and hands-on when needed.
- A fun, curious, creative, and open-minded approach — and genuine enjoyment working in an international, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
