About the role

  • Partner with senior TA consultants, HRBPs, and hiring managers to deliver scalable, tech-enabled talent solutions for external hiring and internal moves
  • Build pipelines for early-career and experienced roles
  • Run end to end recruiting coordination: scheduling, assessments, feedback loops, reference checks, offer paperwork
  • Manage postings in Lever (ATS), support growth conversations, and track mobility signals to drive hiring strategies
  • Schedule interviews, manage assessments, feedback, and offers
  • Ensure a seamless experience for candidates and employees exploring internal paths, hand in hand with Employer Brand

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in recruiting or talent operations (Tech industry preferred), with ATS experience (Lever ideal)
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation; strong data hygiene and reporting skills
  • Clear communication, stakeholder focus, and curiosity for internal mobility and skills-first growth
