About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Efficiently deliver on-site service while meeting cost and time objectives.
Ensure optimal performance of TOMRA Food sorting machines to exceed customer expectations.
Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, performing necessary repairs.
Collaborate with internal departments to improve customer support processes.
Carry out installations and adjustments on TOMRA Food equipment as required.
Provide comprehensive training to customers on operation and maintenance of our systems.
Maintain accurate, detailed field reports to guide administrative follow-up procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical diploma (BAC+2) in electronics, electrotechnics, automation, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
Fluency in French and ability to understand spoken and written English (min. B2) are essential for this role.
Knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
Proven experience in preventive and corrective on-site maintenance.
Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, primarily within France, with occasional international trips, and flexible working hours.
Good understanding of IT, networking, and computer setup.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
