About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Efficiently deliver field service work to meet cost and time objectives
- Ensure optimal performance of TOMRA Food sorting machines to exceed customer expectations
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, conducting necessary repairs
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance customer support processes
- Conduct installations and adjustments to TOMRA Food equipment as required
- Provide comprehensive training to customers on the operation and maintenance of our systems
- Maintain accurate and detailed field reports to guide administrative follow-up procedures
- Domestic travel up to 80% of the time
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical training to BAC+2 level in Electronics, Electrotechnical, Automation, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field
- Fluent in French and able to understand spoken and written English (minimum B2) is mandatory for this role
- Additional languages are a plus
- Proven experience in on-site preventive and corrective maintenance supporting industrial customers
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, primarily within France, with occasional international travel and flexible working hours
- Good understanding of IT, networking, and PC configuration
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and management
