Sales Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take ownership of new business development across your region—from first conversations through to signed agreements
- Build relationships with retailers and key stakeholders ahead of DRS implementation
- Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and identify where TOMRA can support
- Work closely with colleagues to shape proposals, pricing, and value cases
- Support pilot and trial projects as a pathway to long-term partnerships
- Plan and manage your own pipeline, turning opportunities into sustainable business
- Represent TOMRA in customer meetings and regional industry events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enjoy building relationships and working closely with customers
- Be comfortable managing your own time and working independently
- Take a practical, thoughtful approach to problem solving
- Be confident communicating with a range of stakeholders
- Interest in further developing your commercial skills over time
- Experience in a customer-facing or field-based role is helpful
