About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Reporting to the Manager, Customer Project Management, and cooperating with a team of highly skilled engineers.
  • Responsible for the execution of the most advanced process solutions for TOMRA FOOD’s largest customers.
  • Set-up, implementation, and monitoring of a structured stage gate process.
  • Cooperate with our customers from pre-sale interactions to the final commissioning of TOMRA’s solutions.
  • Lead cooperation with TOMRA internal stakeholders and 3rd parties to meet standards and deadlines.
  • Manage Tomra Food projects from quotation stage to commissioning, ensuring project quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Aid the sales team in accurately costing projects and identifying risks at the quotation stage.
  • Ensure customer design standards are communicated and executed.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with 3rd party vendors.
  • Responsible for controlling project budgets and change order management.
  • Liaise with operations and logistics to ensure project schedules are maintained.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an industry-related design or project role.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for quality and accuracy.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven problem-solving capability with a practical and solutions-oriented approach.
  • High level of adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
