About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Reporting to the Manager, Customer Project Management, and cooperating with a team of highly skilled engineers.
Responsible for the execution of the most advanced process solutions for TOMRA FOOD’s largest customers.
Set-up, implementation, and monitoring of a structured stage gate process.
Cooperate with our customers from pre-sale interactions to the final commissioning of TOMRA’s solutions.
Lead cooperation with TOMRA internal stakeholders and 3rd parties to meet standards and deadlines.
Manage Tomra Food projects from quotation stage to commissioning, ensuring project quality and customer satisfaction.
Aid the sales team in accurately costing projects and identifying risks at the quotation stage.
Ensure customer design standards are communicated and executed.
Develop and maintain working relationships with 3rd party vendors.
Responsible for controlling project budgets and change order management.
Liaise with operations and logistics to ensure project schedules are maintained.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an industry-related design or project role.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for quality and accuracy.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proven problem-solving capability with a practical and solutions-oriented approach.
High level of adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
