- Sales planning and maintaining a pipeline of projects
- Ensuring quality handover to Sales Admin and CPM
- Organizing promotion activities within the area such as demos and webinars
- Collaborating with Sales Team and creating commercial test reports
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sales, specifically in large capital equipment
- Strong background in the fresh food industry
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Proven ability to build relationships, manage long sales cycles, and close high‑value deals
- Down to earth and open, honest communicator
- Analytical thinker, able to implement a structured approach
- Strong networker and communicator at all levels
- Result orientated and eager to learn by listening to market need
- Capable of travelling 50% of the time
