About the role

  • Develop the market and win strategic deals with retailers
  • Build partnerships that enable our Reverse Vending Machines to be the leading supplier in Northern Ireland
  • Lead RVM sales to retailers, from prospecting through close and handover
  • Build trusted relationships with retailers, local authorities, and industry bodies; act as a consultative partner
  • Prepare and sell pilot/trial projects, gather market intelligence, and map retail structures
  • Create tailored proposals, delivery approaches, and pricing models aligned to local needs
  • Maintain a robust pipeline, forecast accurately, and represent TOMRA at trade shows and community events
  • Partner closely with pre-sales, delivery, service, and marketing to ensure successful outcomes

Requirements

  • Proven B2B solution or capital equipment sales experience with multi-stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a structured sales approach (CRM, pipeline discipline).
  • Technical curiosity and the ability to translate customer needs into viable solutions.
  • Full UK/NI driving licence and willingness to travel across NI.
  • Right to work in the UK/NI.
