About the role
- You are responsible for establishing, activating, and scaling partnerships with professional associations, medical societies, and clinical networks — including all accompanying marketing, PR, and communication activities.
- Develop scalable models for lead and license acquisition through association partnerships.
- Centrally coordinate campaigns run through associations (B2B2B: Idana → association → practices).
- Track partnership performance (leads, usage, adoption).
- Manage and continuously optimize campaigns based on KPIs.
- Secure strategic placements in specialist media and association channels.
- Co-develop clinically relevant content with partners.
- Implement co-branding and communication initiatives with medical organizations.
- Establish clear documentation and reporting structures.
Requirements
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Health Management, or a related field
- At least 2–3 years of professional experience in partnerships, B2B marketing, growth, PR, or business development
- Experience building and operationally implementing partnerships
- Experience with integrated communications or marketing campaigns
- KPI- and performance-driven working style
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with external stakeholders
- Structured, self-directed, and hands-on approach
- Nice-to-have: Experience in healthcare (associations, physician networks, medical organizations, eHealth, etc.)
- Nice-to-have: Network within medical societies or professional associations
- Nice-to-have: Experience with lead generation, funnel logic, and performance marketing in a B2B context
- Nice-to-have: Confident handling of event formats such as congresses or webinars
