About the role

  • You are responsible for establishing, activating, and scaling partnerships with professional associations, medical societies, and clinical networks — including all accompanying marketing, PR, and communication activities.
  • Develop scalable models for lead and license acquisition through association partnerships.
  • Centrally coordinate campaigns run through associations (B2B2B: Idana → association → practices).
  • Track partnership performance (leads, usage, adoption).
  • Manage and continuously optimize campaigns based on KPIs.
  • Secure strategic placements in specialist media and association channels.
  • Co-develop clinically relevant content with partners.
  • Implement co-branding and communication initiatives with medical organizations.
  • Establish clear documentation and reporting structures.

Requirements

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Health Management, or a related field
  • At least 2–3 years of professional experience in partnerships, B2B marketing, growth, PR, or business development
  • Experience building and operationally implementing partnerships
  • Experience with integrated communications or marketing campaigns
  • KPI- and performance-driven working style
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with external stakeholders
  • Structured, self-directed, and hands-on approach
  • Nice-to-have: Experience in healthcare (associations, physician networks, medical organizations, eHealth, etc.)
  • Nice-to-have: Network within medical societies or professional associations
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with lead generation, funnel logic, and performance marketing in a B2B context
  • Nice-to-have: Confident handling of event formats such as congresses or webinars
