About the role
- Identification of potential new customers

- Conducting the qualification process up to scheduling online demos
- Accurate logging of activities

Requirements
- Ideally 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B Software as a Service and/or in the medical sector, but also open to working students, career starters, or career changers
- Ideally experience using a CRM, HubSpot experience is an advantage
- You are comfortable making many calls and are not discouraged by setbacks
- You are an attentive listener with good people skills
- You communicate openly and professionally (in writing and verbally), are confident and charismatic in conversations, and feel secure in your pitch
- You are a conscientious organizer
- You are comfortable using technology — you use it daily to your advantage
- You work well autonomously and independently, but also contribute to team efforts and meetings with openness, approachability, and positive energy
- You have a growth mindset — asking "how and where can I optimize?" — and you use and analyze your own findings and insights from your work
- You are experienced with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
