About the role
- Identify potential new customers
- Make outbound phone contact
- Execute the qualification process through to scheduling online demos
- Diligently log activities and record calls for smooth handovers, analysis and training purposes (daily tool: HubSpot as CRM)
- Continuously question and optimize your approach
Requirements
- Preferably 1–3 years of professional sales experience, ideally in B2B Software-as-a-Service and/or the medical sector — applications from working students, recent graduates or career changers are also welcome
- Preferably experience in CRM management; HubSpot is an advantage
- You have no problem spending most of your time on the phone and are not deterred by setbacks
- You are an attentive listener and have strong interpersonal instincts
- You communicate openly and professionally (written and verbal), are confident and charismatic in conversation, and feel secure in your pitch
- You are conscientious and highly organized
- You are tech‑savvy and use technology daily to your advantage
- You enjoy working independently and taking ownership, but also contribute to teamwork and meetings with openness, approachability and positive energy
- You have a growth mindset — always asking “how and where can I improve?” — and you use and analyze your own insights from your work
- You are experienced with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
