About the role
- Support the Customer Success team in customer care: You will effectively and purposefully support both new and existing customers to ensure they successfully use Idana.
- Iteratively improve workflows and processes: With your fresh perspective and willingness to try new approaches, you will help us continuously enhance our processes.
- Maintain materials and documentation for customers and internal teams: You will assist in maintaining and expanding customer-facing materials (e.g., self-help resources for our software) as well as internal documentation.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product & Revenue Operations: You will work closely with other teams and use this cross-functional exchange to continuously improve the customer experience.

- Strong communication: You can communicate clearly and precisely, both in writing and verbally.
- Customer focus: You have a strong understanding of customer needs and can empathize with their perspective.
- Organizational skills: You are good at managing multiple tasks simultaneously and keeping an overview.

- Flexibility: You are adaptable and willing to respond to changing requirements and tasks.
- Technical understanding: Basic understanding of software applications and a willingness to learn new systems quickly.
