About the role

  • Support the Customer Success team in customer care: You will effectively and purposefully support both new and existing customers to ensure they successfully use Idana.
  • Iteratively improve workflows and processes: With your fresh perspective and willingness to try new approaches, you will help us continuously enhance our processes.
  • Maintain materials and documentation for customers and internal teams: You will assist in maintaining and expanding customer-facing materials (e.g., self-help resources for our software) as well as internal documentation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product & Revenue Operations: You will work closely with other teams and use this cross-functional exchange to continuously improve the customer experience.
