About the role
- Design, art direct, and find a visual voice for our clients
- Partner with a copywriter to develop TV, social and digital campaigns
- Maintain design standards and contribute to the evolution of standards
- Execute and add to ideas developed by others
- Work within a defined process and keep all work organized according to agency standards and client expectations
- Produce advertising across TV, social, activation, video, print, and digital formats
- Collaborate with senior and junior creatives across disciplines to create award-winning work
- Position may require occasional overnight travel, long-distance driving, and light physical activity (lifting/carrying articles under 10 pounds)
Requirements
- A strong portfolio (tv, digital, social, print) that evokes emotion and brand voice
- 3 - 5 years of ad agency experience, related work experience, and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience (a plus)
- Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud programs
- After Effects experience is a plus
- Desire and willingness to learn, grow, and be mentored by senior team members across disciplines
- Ability to recognize creative ideas and see them through to completion
- Independent spirit, entrepreneurial attitude, and a drive for innovation
